What do you do when none of the approved boxes fit? In this episode, Jack names the loneliness of the hybrid: the person who feels too much of one thing for one tribe and too much of another thing for the next. But being in-between is not always a defect. Sometimes it means the categories are too small for a whole human being. Jack maps three kinds of hybrids: Exiles, who drift; Translators, who bend; and Builders, who turn their in-between life into a calling. This episode is an invitation to stop performing for belonging, choose an anchor, and build a third space where whole humans can breathe.
